What Are Our Main Interests?
We are the hydropower operators who work on the dam. We don’t own the dam, as it is owned by the government. We don’t have access to the turbine controls, and hackers are withholding control over the dam as a threat to cause infrastructure damage.
We have our cybersecurity monitoring outsourced to another company.
Why Do WE want to Get it Online?
Mainly due to liability, we don’t own the dam, but the company is reliant on the dam for profit, so our main priority should be getting profits back online for the company?
A lot of business around us rely on the hydropower, so if we dont get it online soon, we could be looking at a lot of businesses going under.
Public trust is also a big issue, if we can’t get the dam back online, we could be looking at a lot of bad press.
